Spinning hands with the title DIY Calm: #3 The Anxiety Spin

   This is a method from my upcoming book, DIY Calm, 101 Ways to go From Anxiety to Calm, that I saw demonstrated or I might not have believed it would work.  Well, funny as it looks, it really does work and I’ve laid it out here for you to try.  I use it myself and it will reduce or remove everything from knee pain to tight shoulders to anxiety.

   So I highly recommend you take it for a test drive and get relief for yourself!

The Anxiety Spin is taken from a method I learned from David Snyder.  This finds the anxiety inside you, removes the energy from your body then reverses its spin to change that negative energy. Now that you’ve reversed the negative energy into positive, slam it back into your body and feel the change!

   You can try to get that feeling back but the negative will not be the same.  This might look and feel a little silly so go to a private place to do it.  But it’s so effective that I hope you will use it to find relief.

 Here’s how you do it:

   Step #1   Allow the anxiety to come up as strong as you can make it.  Really allow that emotion to run through your Physical Body.

   Step #2   Point to the places in your body where you feel anxiety.


   Step #3   Use your hands to mime pulling that feeling out of your body.  Pull it out, pull it out pull it out until it’s all out

   Step #4   Now, notice which direction it’s spinning; clockwise or counterclockwise.

   Step #5   Force it to spin the opposite direction. Spin it faster and faster, so fast that it’s a blur.

Step #6   Now, slam it back into your body in the same place you pulled it out from.


   Step #7   Breathe through any emotional response that surfaces
.

   Step #8   Attempt to get the feeling of anxiety back.  It will be gone or completely changed.
