   10 Days of Inspired Weight Loss

 

Well, my 10 Days of Inspired Weight Loss is really shaping up and I know you’re going to love the freedom of it.

Freedom, you say?  When I have to watch what I eat and feel deprived and work out and all that terrible stuff?  I know that weight loss and diets have felt like that in the past but I’m opening this up to ideas you’ve never heard of before.  And you are going to feel the freedom of it.

In the past when we have dieted, there have been lists of foods that were no no’s and lists of foods that were OK but limited and lists of foods that were “healthy”.  But sometimes the very next week, some expert would come out and say that the no no’s were what we should be eating and the OK foods were really no no’s and what we thought were healthy now cause cancer!  And more than likely, in another week, some study published that both of those ideas were wrong!

 

   It’s so confusing!

I get confused, too.  But I’m going to offer you choices because I believe you know what works for you and you don’t need an expert to confuse you.

   Here’s a sneak peek at what’s coming:

1)  First, I’ll be offering you a chance to take back your power; from the “experts”, from the weight loss gurus and even from our own upbringing.

2)  Then I’m going to tell you to choose a program that fits your needs and I’m going to compare them all in one place so you have a chance to make an intelligent choice.

3)  I’m going to talk about exercise (yuck) and give you some facts that might surprise you.

4)   I’m going to make you a fantastic offer to join me in my own private Facebook group where I’ll be doing live broadcasts and responding personally to your posts. This is a place where we can motivate each other and hear your concerns, too.

5)  I’ll be showing you how to change your relationship with eating. That’s the core of changing our habits.
